Along these same lines, I finally finished my first book of the Holiday Break Reading Challenge. BONESHAKER by Cherie Priest was an entertaining book. I’ll post more of a review later, but I will say that it is told from two different points of view – a mother and a son, Briar and Zeke more specifically. BONESHAKER isn’t marketed as a young adult book, but it totally could be. I loved Briar’s chapters and found myself speeding through Zeke’s in order to get to her’s again. So, if you want a little zombie action read BONESHAKER. It is filled with Rotters (what Priest used to refer to the walking dead in the book).
